Mateusz Tomczak studied at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, the University of Valencia, Tenerife and Gran Canaria. He speaks English and Spanish. His interests focus on criminal law and procedure, especially the subject of road accidents. He is an avid volleyball fan.
